UK delivery
Estimated delivery is 3–7 working days from order confirmation, including order processing. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.
Delivery charges and available destinations are displayed at checkout before payment. Products are sent directly by our fulfilment partners and may be dispatched from outside the UK. Tracking details will be emailed when available.
Delays and missing orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, contact us with your order number. We remain responsible for resolving delivery issues with our fulfilment partners. Your statutory rights relating to late delivery and cancellation remain unaffected.
Please check your delivery address before ordering and contact us promptly if it needs correcting. We cannot guarantee a change after dispatch.
